Day 75 – Seoul

Today we did laundry which was well overdue. When we first asked our hotel they mentioned that there is a free washing machine / dryer in the kitchen that we can use. We were thinking “score!” Since all the controls were in Korean and the staff didn’t speak too much English, we used a combination of hand gestures and google translate to work out how to use the machine.

6 hours later we were hating life and laundry. The drying feature on the machine was very poor so we had to dry it multiple times and the fact we had so much laundry was making it worse.

Since we didn’t want to waste the entire day we ended up exploring the streets of Yeongdeungpo. We found a nice Korean BBQ place that only served beef. It was simple yet delicious. The staff were helpful, since we were not 100% sure what we were doing. (HINT: Cutlery is normally in a drawer under the table)
