Day 205 – Christchurch to Auckland
Today we woke up, still in shock about last nights events. We left the 311 Motel Riccarton after breakfast and drove our rented Hyundai iMax to the drop off point close to the airport. Unfortunately, we didn’t have a chance to look around Christchurch as we wanted to last night.
We boarded our Jetstar flight to Auckland without any dramas and before we knew it, we were landing at Auckland’s Airport.

After making our way back home, we decided to go for another scenic beach walk along one of Auckland’s many bays.
The South Island trip was amazing over the last week, and it was a great chance to bond with family. We will definitely come back again.
