Day 137 – Hanoi
Goodbye to the parents 🙁
Today, we all got on a taxi from Rising Dragon Palace Hotel to Hanoi International Airport and said good bye to our parents. It felt quiet after the parents were gone. We took Bus 86 back from the airport to the city centre, which cost 35,000 VND / $2.11 AUD per person. The bus was crowded, so we had to stand, but since we didn’t have bags, it wasn’t an issue.

Not feeling like doing anything else, we walked from the centre towards St Joseph’s Cathedral. Here we decided to have some coffee and cakes from Cafe Deli Artisee Patisserie. The food was good, but expect prices close to Melbourne prices (if memory serves me well). What you see in the picture cost us 322,000 VND / $ 19.45 AUD.
